Not an interview — a discussion. What you've built, what you're looking for, whether we're a fit for each other.
03 Technical deep-dive · 90 min
We walk through real problems from recent engagements. No leetcode. No whiteboarding trivia. Just engineering conversations.
04 Team meet · 2 hours split
You meet the people you'll work with. They meet you. Mutual fit is the point — if it's not there, we don't force it.
05 Offer & onboarding
Named architect, named manager, named first engagement. You know what you're walking into on day one.
