Frequently Asked

Questions We Hear Often.

Do we need to migrate our data to your cloud?
No. Our architecture is built around the opposite assumption — your data stays where it is. We deploy a governed projection layer inside your cloud account (or on-prem), and our AI models run there. Data residency, sovereignty, and your existing security perimeter are all preserved.
How long does a typical engagement take before we see value?
Most engagements produce measurable business results within 9-14 weeks from kickoff. The first 2-3 weeks are schema discovery and data quality assessment. Weeks 3-6 are model training on your data. Weeks 7-9 are staged rollout alongside existing systems. By week 10-14, you're seeing production results.
What databases and systems do you support?
Over 40 database engines — Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, MongoDB, SAP HANA, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, and more. All major ERPs (SAP, Oracle EBS, Microsoft Dynamics), CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics), and mainframe systems (IBM Db2, AS/400). See the full list →
How is pricing structured?
Two components: a fixed fee for the initial engagement (sized to scope), plus an annual platform license tied to the capacity you actually use. Where appropriate, we offer outcome-linked pricing — a portion of our fee is contingent on hitting the business metrics agreed upfront. We're transparent about all of it before you sign anything.
What about data privacy, residency, and compliance?
We hold SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and ISO 27017 certifications. Our architecture supports GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS, plus regional frameworks (ENS, IRAP, and others). Data residency is configurable per engagement — your data can be pinned to a specific country, cloud region, or even your own on-premises environment.
Do you replace existing vendors?
Rarely. We're usually additive — our AI layer sits alongside your existing Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, or Tableau deployments and makes them more valuable. Occasionally a client asks us to replace an underperforming point solution; we only do that if the case is clear-cut.
